Returns & Exchanges


Only items listed in "The Collection" category may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from receipt of order. If 15 days have past by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 3-5 business days once return has been received and confirmed for refund. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

For our Preston or Accessories Collections - due to the nature of handmade and vintage items we cannot accept requests for refunds or returns. All sales are final.

Shipping Address
Once your return request is approved-the shipping return address will be given with further return instructions. 

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to the inconsistencies with shipping carriers we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
